THE BEDS WERE INSANELY COMFORTABLE, THE SOFA BED INCLUDED!! We loved where the location was. It was very easy to find and it was close to a coffee shop and shopping.
We did get confused with the bedding arrangements. The pictures show 2 sets of double beds (bunk beds and separate twin beds). we had 4 kids and the pictures showed a bunk bed(white) and 2 separate twin beds(cherry wood) which we thought was perfect. It did work out as we put 2 on the queen bed in the pullout couch in the living room.

The location is absolutely perfect. 5-10 minutes from downtown, food, and entertainment. For us everything was driving distance, super close to the beach about 2- 8 minutes depending where or which beach entrance you want to go to. About 25 minutes from Savannah River Street. Parking was great at the house. Fit all of us comfortably. It was clean.100% recommend
What I didn't like was that the room doors didn't lock. Especially the bathroom knob does not lock. The house got really hot during the daytime but in the evening it got back down to cool. The deck was a little bit rickety and sketchy with how many people it can hold. It was wobbly.
