Apartamento organizado, decorado e muito limpo. Localização privilegiada, silenciosa e com uma bela vista para as montanhas, dá pra se sentir no interior e litoral ao mesmo tempo!
Por ser no último andar, o calor é bastante acentuado. Os ventiladores de teto da sala e da suíte não funcionavam; embora o proprietário tenha tido o cuidado de comprar um ventilador novo, os ventiladores disponíveis não foram suficientes para refrescar o ambiente, tornando a estadia desconfortável, principalmente para minha Mãe idosa e meu sobrinho de menos de 1 ano. Recomendo fortemente a instalação de ar-condicionado; seria um investimento essencial para valorizar o local e fidelizar os clientes, ficaria perfeito!

Location, kitchen was nice and well maintained and good internet. Also the people who works in the building are friendly.
The single bedroom had too many mattresses and it had a terrible mouldy smell. My son couldn’t sleep there. Also the bathrooms need a proper cleanup the grout is dirty and looks really bad.
