Gostamos do bairro, da localização, apartamento bem ventilado e aconchegante. Gostamos do conforto das camas, das instalações e do atendimento dos funcionários do condomínio.
Há a necessidade de um pequeno reparo no box de um dos banheiros, pois vazou um pouco de água ao tomar banho e há algumas bocas do fogão que não possui a chama alta.

A estadia foi simplesmente impecável, superando todas as nossas expectativas. Ao chegarmos fomos antendidos pelo porteiro que nos orientou quanto a vaga disponível para o carro e acessos ao local. Certamente recomendaremos e retornaremos em uma próxima oportunidade. A limpeza e a organização estavam irretocáveis, dignas de nota máxima. Além disso, a gentileza e atenção da proprietária fizeram toda a diferença.
