We invite you to stay at our spacious and bright 130-square-meter villa, featuring a large, secure 10-meter-by-5-meter swimming pool and a wooded, shaded property of over 1,000 square meters.
You’ll find all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay.
It is located in Chonas L’Amballan, south of Vienne (halfway between Lyon and Valence).

Capacity: 6 to 8 people (including children)

The house consists of:
- a large 22 m² kitchen
- a 40 m² living-dining room
- a 16 m² office with 2 sleeping areas
- a sleeping area with 2 bedrooms (double beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet
The exterior features:
- a large 10m x 5m pool (1.2 to 1.8m deep) with several terraces and areas for relaxing, dining, and cooking (barbecue)
- a large, tree-lined, shaded garden of over 1,000 m²
- a paved courtyard opening onto a cul-de-sac that can accommodate 3 to 4 cars

Various activities available nearby:
water sports centers in Condrieu-Les Roches and Saint Pierre de Bœuf, Peaugres Safari, hiking, biking, or mountain biking in the Pilat Regional Nature Park (30 min), the Chartreuse (50 min), or the Vercors (1 hr 15 min), the Gallo-Roman city of Vienne (10 min), Palais du Facteur Cheval, etc.

Rental rates range from €2,000 to €2,500 per week, depending on the season and the number of guests.
Shorter stays are also available (minimum 3 nights).
