Music Row Retreat with Pool and Free Parking, Walk to Bars!

Clean, spacious, pool was amazing especially when it was so hot!

Building is dated and could use some modernizing Elevator buttons don’t light up unknown if it recognizes command until elevator actually shows up Kitchen could benefit from basic spices Ie salt and pepper Bedroom is very bright in the morning could benefit from extra curtains ie blackout curtains Instructions on how to use the range would be beneficial

We didn't uber once during our stay and walked everywhere. The location was about a 25 very easy walk to Broadway Street. There were several restaurants in the area so we could stop and get something to eat nearby. We always ate at the Tin Roof which was a block away. They had reasonably priced drinks and good bar food. The closest grocery store (Whole Foods was about a 15-minute walk. There is a liquor store about 15 minutes away, and a 7-Eleven about 10 minutes away, so we could get just about anything we needed within walking distance. We arrived earlier than check in time, but the host allowed us into the building and let us keep our luggage in the room as it was being cleaned so we could venture out. and see Nashville until our room was available. Very gracious! For the price of the rental, the location was ideal.

The water in the pool was a bit cold, but we went in May so I'm sure it will get warmer in the summer.

The pool is great and the apartment is central. We were aloud to checkin early.

Run down building, light in bedroom did not work and took us 30 minutes to turn off our first night. Make sure to read all the details before booking. No cancellations and they ask for your credit card and deposit on top of your rental fee. The rules are over the top and not a friendly experience. Obviously the rules are a warning against parties in the building but we were a family so we did not appreciate the experience. Good service is important to us so I would not stay here again.
