Welcome to our 2 BEDROOM / 1 BATH LUXE CONDO & is directly on MUSIC ROW! GUITAR SHAPED POOL!

This is our 2 BEDROOM / 1 BATH condo that sleeps 8. It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MODERN & LUXE VIBE! The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is truly one of a kind in the building!
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed & Twin Bunks (sleeps 4)
- Custom made bunks; very sturdy for adults
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (sleeps 2)
MAIN:
The modernized kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 5 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel as there is an electric fireplace for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows.
BATH:
There is a double sink vanity & standing glass shower - each having their own door for more privacy while getting ready.
The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

Excellent location. We will be using this for all our trips to Nashville, which we hope is many to come. So close to town but super quiet. Only thing for future guest is if you have a larger SUV, parking can be tight but we were able to park every time. Ubers into town and the sites were super cheap from this location so having a parking place and not having to drive to Broadway and pay for additional parking was wonderful.

Condo was perfect for my family of 5, each kid got their own bed and my husband and I had our own room. Kitchen is big, we didn't do much cooking (we did grill one night) but seemed fully stocked. (Hattie B's highly recommend for dinner!)Great location - lots of places close enough to walk to or quick Uber/drive.Highlights are the separate toilet, shower, and vanity so multiple people can get ready at the same time. Covered Garage parking. And THE POOL! Guitar shaped will make all kids happy! Appreciate the pool towels (under the vanity sink, not by the shower).Only "issues" was the dryer squeaked but part is on order so should be fixed for future guests. Then BRING POOL SHOES- the rock floor around the pool is like walking on Legos. My only concern was the amount of homeless everywhere in Nashville including by the condo. Not sure if it was just this time of year (June/summer) but the little park next to the pool had homeless on every bench. I greatly appreciate the only way in and out of the pool was to use a key and the privacy fence around the pool still made you feel safe.I literally teach the History & Sociology of Rock Music so Nashville is a great place to see some of that AMAZING history. You can see the original RCA building out of your window from the Condo. We enjoyed our trip! 10/10 Highly recommend!

Pool needs major maintenance. A tile fell off right in front of us as we were swimming!!! The condo was a good fit for our family of four.

Stay was excellent. Area was quiet and in close proximity to restaurants and bars. I would not attempt to park in the covered parking if in a full size vehicle.
