Buganvilla-Sea front villas

Phenomenal location right on the Agia Pelagia beach. The only thing separating you from the sand is a pedestrian boardwalk. The property is very well decorated and set up. There’s an outdoor dining room with retractable awning as well as an area up front with beach lounges and sofa sitting. Overall the outdoor spaces are 10/10. On either side of the property, there are many restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores. The beach is very nice, although there is a runoff canal that seems to empty in the middle of the beach. The water level in the canal was low, so it didn’t actually empty into the water, but there were people playing in the sand right in front of the canal. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

You cannot beat the location! Nikos was an excellent host and the home has been renovated so nicely and so well accommodated

We arrived on a Sunday which was the busiest day on the beach so parking was a bit challenging but it worked out eventually and ended up being fine. Just need to be patient if you’re arriving on a busy beach day

Unreal place, large, comfortable, quiet and fantastic location. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
