It wasn’t the beautiful room with its elegant furniture and premium linens.
It wasn’t the warm welcome with raki, wine, water, and juice.
It wasn’t the small tray with toast, jam, honey, and butter.
It wasn’t the coffee options for the perfect morning start.
It wasn’t the spotless cleanliness.
It wasn’t the fluffy towels with their fresh scent.
It wasn’t the excellent pillow selection, whether firm or soft.
…It was the hospitality.
Hospitality that I felt even before arriving, from the detailed instructions on how to collect the key. I sent a simple “thank you” to the lady who shared the instructions, letting her know how satisfied I was with my stay.
They replied immediately, and the owner asked to meet me during check-out. Her handshake, her smile, and a small surprise gift elevated the entire experience.
