Newly renovated spacious 2 bedroom unit in HBC #1

离地铁站有一段路程，地势高，托拽行李不容易。

The unit was very clean and comfortable, and had basically everything we needed! We were provided with all the appliances and accessories we needed. We were worried beforehand about the aircon and dehumidifier and keeping the place cool during our stay in summer, and we were pleasantly surprised and the place was nice and cool. The location was excellent, easy to find and we had close access to everything we needed, be it a convenience store, the train, bus or various different places to eat. We were also provided with fast free WiFi and had plenty of clear instructions on the place and support whenever we needed it. Honestly the highlight of our stay was our host Joe. He's a super friendly and awesome person who was very flexible with our check-in and check-out time to accommodate our schedule, who had excellent communication and happily answered all of our questions and helped out where ever he could, and even left us a nice thank you gift before us leaving!

The unit was almost perfect for us, apart from a couple minor nitpicks. We had to keep both bedroom doors open to cool them down (via the aircon and dehumidifier) otherwise they would get quite warm, and the people living upstairs were sometimes a bit loud and we could hear the stomping around and making noise. Apart from these minor complaints, the unit was amazing and exceeded our expectations.

Joe was very friendly and very helpful with directions and recommendations. Very spacious and had air conditioning which was definitely needed in the summer.

Just had to keep the door open while we slept for the air conditioning to reach. But we were both in the one room so that wasn't too much of an issue.
