Welcome to the Modern Flamingo, the ideal spot for all of your Denver and Colorado traveling needs! Walking right in to the space, you'll find an open and bright space, perfect for your large group gatherings. Watch the game or gather as friends on the leather wrap around couch and 75" tv. Head to the connected kitchen area, where you can cook while engaging with the group. Clink your glasses at the bar and cheers to friends over a good meal. You'll also find extra dining in this space, so to fit all friends in one space. Before we head to the bar and game room, let's check out the bedrooms. Up the stairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master is oversized and suitable for a king, naturally with a king bed. It has luxury mattress with a cashmere top, ooh la la. With a mounted tv, oversized closet and attached private bath, you have everything you need. There is a a second guest full bath, and 2 more bedrooms with queen luxury mattresses. Head back downstairs to the basement and find the game room and bar hang out, with a full bar set up, a 55" mounted tv, foosball and arcade game. There is a full bath, the 3rd full bath in the home, and 2 bedrooms with queen luxury mattresses. We know that a good nights sleep and a comfortable bed is key, while not sacrificing style. If we walk out the back door, we flow right into an oversized patio with 6 comfortable padded chairs and a fire pit. It's perfect for the late night gatherings. This home is 420 friendly, but please keep it outside, and in the back of the home. Come hang at the Modern Flamingo, your next best Denver vacation.

The overall place was good and it accommodated our family. There was an issue with the bathroom downstairs but the host was extremely responsive and super sweet.
