Great size for our large family which included toddler, baby and small dog. Host was always a quick response away. Great location close to the mountains and Denver. Would recommend!

Property was fine, I wish I knew when recycling is collected as the bin was pretty full and up by the garage. All the events or just exploring were done within a 1/2 hour. I never heard of Arvada, but to me the perfect hub

Plenty of room for our big group. Fenced in yard was great for the pups. Parking would be perfect for just two vehicles. The house was in nice shape and clean
