E2val1028 - Eixample Esquerra with terrace

Our stay was wonderful! We truly enjoyed everything about these apartments. We especially appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage before check-in, which made our arrival so much more convenient. Thank you very much for the lovely welcome gift—it was such a thoughtful and pleasant surprise. The apartment is very well designed. We really liked that the two bedrooms are located far from each other, providing extra privacy and making it easy to avoid disturbing one another with noise. The location is excellent, with great public transport connections, making it easy to get anywhere. The apartment is also equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and it is clear that great attention has been paid to guests’ convenience. The interior is beautiful, stylish, and very cozy. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The only minor downside was that smoking was not allowed in the courtyard or on the balcony. 😒

Good location and nice sized apartment

A lot of noise from next door in the back bedroom and street noise in the front bedroom. The kitchen had nothing other than utensils and plates. No salt, pepper, sugar, coffee all of which other guests must leave as I did.

Location was excellent. Bang in the middle of Eixample de Esquerra with plenty of amenities, bars and restaurants nearby. Which was great as we were at an event by Placa de Espanya and didn't want to need to trek afterwards. 2 spacious bedrooms. Lovely lounge and diner.

The location on Booking.com was wrong. It is in fact about 1km away. Which caused confusion checking in. The terrace was closed for repairs which was disappointing. Asked us to dispose of rubbish (not a problem) but didn't provide bin bags.
