Some of things were missing like, logs for fire, toiletries and some lights were not working.

Fantastic key collection, no need to ring any one, clear instructions in advance via booking.com with a key code for the key box. Great.

Property needs a good clean - not much attention to cleaning at all. Returned home to where I was born and raised and very familiar with the area as my brother still lives nearby. Location of property is excellent but the property for the price we paid, compared to others in the area (and we return home regularly therefore have a lot of experince of renting in the area) lacks in the following areas in our opinion - accessbility to the bungalow is very poor for those with mobility issues and this is not clearly advertised on the booking sites, there are a number of steep steps. The front of the property is not secure, there is no gate to stop a child or a dog running into the road, there is no safety fence at the front of the property to avoid a nasty fall for either a child or a dog into the neighbours garden which is in front of the whole bungalow. Cleaning needs more attention to detail. Lack of storage is a problem in the bungalow, better suited to two people as very small, no wardrobes and all cleaning products and towels kept under the lift up beds with no room for guests to store anything. Also, food left in cupboards and freezer from previous guests is a 'no no' and coffee, tea bags and sugar left in pots for guest with tubs and bags of sugar stored under the double bed amongst cleaning products is definitely a health and safety risk! No welcome pack or instructions for appliances provides a very unwelcoming arrival and visit and unlike all other properties we have stayed in the area there was no welcome pack (i.e. bread/milk at a minimum or a welcome basked of Welsh produce) or even information about the area and tourist leaflets.
