Localização, limpeza, bem equipado de eletrodomésticos e loiça/talheres. Quarto confortável.
O sofá, para pernoita superior a 2 noites pode tornar-se desconfortável, almofadas sofriveis, destinadas aos usuários do sofá. Banheira é sempre pouco seguro. Algumas lâmpadas fundidas... Assinalem o primeiro degrau, chegamos com pouca luz e quase havia acidente...

Boa localização. Próximo das praias.
O esquentador funcionava mal com o chuveiro. Tinha pouco fluxo da água pelo que a água ficava fria. Solicitei substituição da ventoinha que não funcionava e não foi efectuada qualquer substituição.
