The actual building is old…also be prepared to be a bit impatient over the elevator. However, the Pinnacle Port amenities are plentiful. The actual condo unit is GREAT! It’s very close to the beach, get off the elevator and the beach is directly behind the building. Updated kitchen, appliances, furnishings and very comfortable beds. The televisions had options to watch DIRECTV or every imaginable app possible. I read other reviews of this unit about the bugs and issues with cleanliness and almost did not rent it…they have CLEARLY straightened out those issues as we saw ZERO bugs during the five days we stayed there and the unit was EXTREMELY clean. They also provided a lot of extras, like cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, two beach towels, beach chairs, etc…. A huge bonus for us was to walk out onto the beach and see two rental chairs with our unit number on it for the entire week… That made life much easier! We will definitely be staying at this same unit in the future!
PS: My only ask is that you get some black-out blinds or curtains in the master bedroom.

Floors felt dirty, bunk beds were squeaky, finishes looked good in the photos, but pretty beat up in person. Kitchen cabinets doors broken, not all of the oven buttons worked on the cooktop. Shower units need updated since they are old dirty fiberglass with broken, slow drains. Unit smelled musty. Great view of the Gulf, but over priced for the quality of the unit.
