Amazing Two Bedroom Oceanfront Beach House

Wonderful oceanfront beach house in quiet North Topsail Beach NC. Summer rentals are from Saturday - Saturday in peak season for twelve weeks, from Memorial Day until the end of August. During Winter, Spring and Fall, weekends and other options are available including a two night minimum, early check-in and late check-out. This sunfilled, two bedroom, one bath home is ideal for a small family, a get away for a few friends or for a couple's vacation. It is a vintage 1969 fishing cottage with original hardwood floors and detailed ceiling. There is central AC and heat in our cottage. This beach house is strictly non-smoking. We allow up to two pets with specific permission in writing, so email us and tell us about your furry family member! We do require a non-refundable pet fee per pet. Pets are $25 per night and $150 for the week.

North Topsail Beach is a relaxing, family oriented beach. The cottage has a wonderful upper deck with 180 degree views of the ocean and beach! The public beach cross-over is 100 ft. from the deck, so you have easy access for bringing over your chairs and everything you will need for an afternoon of sun, surfing, boogie boarding and building sand castles! There is a sand path along the dune leading to the public cross over. We have a storage area with beach chairs, an umbrella and some sand toys and boogie boards. There is a charcoal grill and grilling tools available as well. The full sized washer and dryer is in the storage area and the large outdoor shower has hot and cold water and a dressing area. There is a carport with covered parking for one vehicle and a long gravel driveway for other cars.

The cottage has two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other has a queen sized bed. The bathroom has been completely renovated with hexagon tile floors and a cast iron tub/shower with subway tile surround. There are ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom and a flat screen TV is in each bedroom and living room with free wifi access. The living room also has a DVD player and we have a movie library available. There is a cabinet with a small collection of books, playing cards and some games and puzzles for evenings or rainy days:)

The kitchen was renovated in February of 2021 and has a full sized stove and oven, refrigerator and microwave. We have an automatic 12 cup coffee maker that uses cone filters which are provided and a French press available. There is a toaster and blender as well. We do not have a dishwasher, so dishes do need to be hand washed:)

A local linen service can be recommended if you do not wish to bring your own linens. Clean quilts are provided for each bed.
