The open kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This condo is in Marco's premier South Beach location and is close to the best restaurant's, shops, ice cream spots, miniature golf and movie theater. the unit is also equipped with 3 flat screen TV's-cable service & Wifi Lease application must be submitted 30 days in advance of rental

Everything was exquisite! From the coastal decor, to the fully functioning kitchen. We had everything we needed on site and the best restaurants within walking distance. Best vacation, hands down!!

Gorgeous couldn’t have asked for more! Property is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! The views are heavenly! Thank you Mike and Mary for sharing your beautiful condo. Loved it so much returning next May and maybe sooner. Condo is amazing and the views are spectacular!

The unit was the perfect size for 2 people. Great location south of Winterberry Dr (which we always considered the quieter end of the island) and far enough away from public beach access points so the condo’s beachfront was relatively uncrowded. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essential cookware, dinnerware and utensils.
The owner, Mike, was readily available to address any questions or concerns. Pool area did get a little noisy during periods of spring break but was not an issue otherwise. Beach chairs and umbrella were high quality.
