Pool is closed August and September for building upgrades and construction. Amazing sunset views from this beachfront 17th top floor Sea Winds condo. Newly updated full kitchen 2 BR/2BA with large balcony. Just steps to the south beach of Marco Island Florida. Access to pool, tennis/pickleball courts and hot tub. Parking available.

No obstruction of view of which is breathtaking, especially at sunset, easy walk to beach. Great supply of linens, sheets, blankets etc.Beach chairs and other outdoor equipment were great and so appreciated. The area is very beautiful and well maintained. Making for a very relaxing beach escape!! Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Second stay at this property as again what we expected. When I viewed availability in early February for 2027 repeat stay, noticed two of our normal weeks were reserved and was disappointing we didn’t have “first right of refusal”. When I communicated with host they indicated VRBO doesn’t recognize that practice. We made alternative plans in a different unit with deposit to only be contacted a week later that reservation canceled. Due to new commitment with deposit, we are staying in a different Sea Winds unit. Thanks

The outside is very nice and kept up. The office as you go in is very beautiful. After that the entir inside looks like a 1969 motel that needa.
