About this apartment rental
Welcome to the stylish "Bude 7" apartment on the first floor of Villa Fresena on Norderney, located on the highly sought-after Friedrichstraße. This unique accommodation combines a perfect location—just steps from the beach, the Milchbar, and downtown—with a cozy atmosphere for an unforgettable island vacation.
The apartment features a combined living room and bedroom, where a comfortable 160x200 cm box-spring bed ensures restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Despite the limited space, the small open kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, ceramic cooktop (2 burners), coffee maker, and a Nespresso capsule machine to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The Scandinavian interior design gives the “Bude 7” apartment a particularly cozy atmosphere where you’ll feel right at home. The apartment accommodates 1–2 people and is, of course, dog-friendly, so your beloved four-legged friend can be part of the island adventure too.
For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the basement of the house for a small fee.
Experience unforgettable days in the “Bude 7” apartment at Villa Fresena and let yourself be enchanted by the perfect combination of an excellent location and a cozy ambiance. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests!
