City Green - Norderney

The "City Green" vacation rental on Norderney is located at Kampstraße 9, just 450 meters from the beach.

This ground-floor vacation rental offers 55 m² of space, enough for up to three people, and is ideal for couples and small families. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The kitchen also includes a toaster, an egg cooker, and a kettle.
The apartment features Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dryer (for shared use). There is also a safe in the apartment.

Another highlight of the apartment is the covered south-facing balcony. Pets are also welcome—a maximum of 1 dog (no taller than knee height). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).

Care was taken when furnishing the apartment to ensure it appeals to younger guests as well. The terrace features a table and seating. Bicycles can be parked in front of the house or in the basement (last basement unit in the first hallway).

Please note: Remaining construction work in and around the house is scheduled for approximately between October 5 and November 30, 2027. This may cause some inconvenience for vacation guests, particularly noise. Since this is only finishing work, the impact should be minimal.
