Welcome to the M12 apartment!
Centrally located yet in a quiet area, this apartment is the perfect starting point for a stroll through town, a walk with your dog through the park, or a visit with the kids to the “Kap Hoorn” playground just around the corner. Here, the kids can really let off some steam. On the other side lies downtown Norderney, starting with the Kurplatz and the Conversationshaus—both just a 3-minute walk away.
New furniture and the apartment’s modern charm invite you to linger, even when the North Sea weather is stormy.
The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and one with a single bed (90x200 cm)—as well as two full bathrooms, each with a shower, sink, and toilet. On the large, sunny rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful weather with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. We’re also happy to provide a travel crib and a high chair free of charge for our younger guests.
Your four-legged friends (up to 2) are also very welcome here; you’ll find a dog bed, a dog towel, and two bowls in the apartment.
The apartment is ready and waiting for your visit!
Please note that the balcony/patio furniture may be stored away from November through approximately April and will not be available during that time.

In the basement, a washing machine and dryer with a coin-operated machine are available so you can easily do your laundry during your stay.

Das Quartier M12 hat all unsere Wünsche mehr als erfüllt. Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, von den Nachbarwohnungen ist nichts zu hören. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke an Marvin, dass er uns so kurzfristig geholfen hat eine schöne Wohnung zu finden.
