Following a meticulous restoration in the spring of 2013, a cozy vacation rental has been created in a very quiet location, where comfort and a stylish, unique ambiance blend harmoniously. The open-concept living-dining area is decorated with antique, one-of-a-kind pieces that contribute to the apartment’s unique character and charm. The particularly warm and bright country-style atmosphere guarantees you a relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Norderney. The large sun terrace invites you to relax and sunbathe. There is another balcony off the second bedroom. The apartment is located on the first floor.
The spa park, just a few meters away—featuring the historic Napoleonschanze, which commemorates the French occupation of the island from 1810 to 1813, and the unique swan pond—is a place of peace and relaxation.
If you’d like to bring your dog (after consulting with us), that’s certainly possible (it’s just 80 meters to the small wooded area at the Napoleonschanze).
The expansive North Beach, with its endless dunes, is about 600 meters away. The West Beach is about 700 meters away.
