Standard rooms don’t match the listing photos, each has a different “wardrobe,” and no window was disclosed. Bedsheet has stain/ dirty and possible dust mites. Bathroom are either with broken shower tap, different shower head or faulty exhaust fan. Their Agoda positive reviews seem fake or reused—check SP Star/OYO Google reviews. My room had thin pillows and a blanket cover with no quilt. The shower tap wouldn’t close and flooded the bathroom, and WiFi was broken. Staff refused to upgrade me to Deluxe because I’d already paid via Agoda for the second night, despite my complaints. He said to check with boss and to WA me but I received no WA. Not 3-star: no cafe, gym, or room phone. Only one water filter on the first floor. Location is central but inconvenient—near Komuter, but you must cross a flyover. Only positives: limited full day free parking outside hotel, and there’s a laundry area with washing machine, iron, ironing board, and sunlight. Positive reviews likely refer to Deluxe double rooms. RM68 on Agoda isn’t worth it; the poor facilities don’t justify RM112 before tax for a standard double. Avoid.
