We had a wonderful stay at Poinciana Paradise! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation, and the layout was perfect for our family.
The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping, while still being in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We especially appreciated how peaceful the community was. The pool area was calm and relaxing, without large crowds, making it the perfect place to unwind.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay at Poinciana Paradise again.

Well equipped property in a Fantastic location. Close to Seaworld parks and universal, without the need of travelling on the dreaded I4.
There were some strange ‘nature’ related noises late at night and also the neighbours weren’t ideal and had some explosive rows during our stay. Both items completely out of the hosts control.
