Słychać przez cienkie ściany jak sąsiad obok się kąpię , kanapa , która ciągle trzeba poprawiać bo zjeżdża poduszka , niezbyt czysta łazienka

Największy plus to napewno lokalizacja oraz miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym w cenie apartamentu. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie oraz dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Plusik też za ugodnienia: dostęp do sali fitness i tarasu widokowego oraz dobre wyposażenie apartamentu.
Mały minusik za plac budowy za oknem, ale to bardziej w ramach informacji dla osób lubiących dłużej pospać.
