The location is perfect. Originally on the small Nile, but this are has now been reclaimed and a lot of construction has taken place since we were last here 12 months ago.
The property was presented very clean, with some visible upgrades to the bedding, the towels and the Sun Loungers. All very much appreciated.
There was still some construction in progress, so could get a bit noisy on the days we stayed in the villa, and previous beautiful views of the sunset have now been blocked by the new buildings.

The villa was exceptional, in a nice quiet location on the West Bank but close enough to restaurants and shops on the waterfront. Communication was easy and any issues we had was solved swiftly, property was clean and big bonus for having your own private pool 10/10

Everything.
The villa was very clean, well furnished, spacious and in the perfect location, close to all local amenities, restaurants, river taxis, yet private.
Property is perfect for our needs. The host was able to answer our questions, was very helpful throughout our 3 week stay.

clean and spacey apartment, near to ferry to east bank, which is a great time safer, near to the valley of the kings, washing machine, TV, no ants
poor wi-fi, we miss warmer blankets (those in the apartment were insufficient), only one mobile heating for the whole apartment barerly heated one room (heating in each room would be better), water in the pool was cold
