Very quiet. Close to most of our needs. Great size. Air conditioning was great. Nicely decorated. Great deck area. Washer and dryer was great to have. Parking was close. Great amenities.
Take out the carpet.. old and outdated.
Need to supply a coffee maker. The one shot pot was insufficient for 6 of us.
Plates were to old. Not microwaveable. The towels were TERRIBLE. Need nicer towels. We were only there for a hour or two in the morning, and gone all day, slept there. We didn’t do any meal prep or cooking so cannot speak of utensils or supplies. The bunk beds were very uncomfortable. New mattress or a pillow top needed.

It was a nice place.
It would be helpful if there was a mixing bowl available. We ended up using a Tupperware container for mixing.
