Very enjoyable. Definitely a good place to stay

It was central to our holiday needs, the place was very clean and cosy. The neighbourhood was quiet and you felt at home

Parking was hard as our car wouldn't fit down driveway and council wouldn't issue a parking pass for the week. Could do with a small pantry for food storage but managed

Family of 6 short stay

The apartment was clean, fresh and had a good kitchen.

The wifi played up for the first nearly 24 hours. We also were not given any covers for my 2 children sleeping on the sofa bed for the first night. This was however rectified for our second night. Parking was also extremely tight for our car.

Nightmare from start to finish! AVOID!

Location was convenient. It was ground floor. This is all I can think of!

The description of the private parking was totally inaccurate. Any vehicle bigger than a Fiat 500 wouldn't fit into the driveway! This was a major reason we booked this property as I am disabled. The management company didn't take this seriously at all and said 'park on the road' when there were no spaces. This caused serious stress. The property was not clean. The bathroom tap was dirty and rusty, as was the bath panel. The hob was dirty. The double bed sounded like a frog when sat on! The electronic door lock failed and locked us out of the property at 5.00am for two hours without my heart medication and with no emergency number to call! The managing company, Places To Be, were absolutely useless and even blamed us for getting locked out when the electronic lock had clearly failed! I intend to pursue a refund - via the county court if necessary.

A bit disappointing but decent location

Information on accessing the property was good. The agent contacted us on the day explaining what we needed to do so this all ran smoothly. Location was very good and a short walk to the sea front.

Unfortunately there were some issues with the property. For example, there was mould in the bathroom, the single beds were uncomfortable (the king bed was really good though) and the settee was uncomfortable. I did report all of this to the agent who was very responsive and who reacted promptly to another query that I raised to get something fixed, so I'm hopeful that they will resolve the issues that I've raised for future guests. Note also that the driveway is VERY narrow. We have a small car and I'm a confident driver and even I struggled a little getting down the side of the house (brick walls either side, so no room for error!). If you have a large car, you might not be able to access the off-street parking.

Our stay was for business so it accommodated that!!

Area was very nice and the accommodation was ideal size for our stay.

Advertised with car parking space!! Only if you have a very small car! We had to purchase permits for our stay. Garden needed maintenance. Inside the property needed some TLC, it needs a refresh in the decor/paint area!!

Lovely apartment, great location

Great location, the flat was clean and really well appointed. We were very comfortable and really happy with our stay.

The agent that you book through uses a portal which really isn't very user friendly. While I'm more than happy to pay a security deposit, I mean wasn't expecting to need to upload photo ID - and if not we wouldn't be able to check in - while all turned out fine we were worried we were being scammed. It felt like they were trying to get extra money out of us - recommending purchasing a parking permit when there is a driveway, and also charging extra for baby equipment like a cot or highchair. I've travelled to many places with my small children and have never experienced this before.

A little tucked away apartment .

The apartment was very well equipped . The beds were comfy . We had a large vehicle which was too wide for the carpark .but the company sorted that by giving us permits , so it was fine .

There was a broken side to the bath, which the lady told us of. And a broken chair. But nothing huge .
