About this house rental
the home is a home with 2 bedrooms available, each bedroom has 3 bunk beds(1 matrimonial and 2 singles.) to guests 8 people per room, (Long term we can remove some of the beds if necesary) hot water, Air conditioning, private bathroom.
We are about 50 mt from the beach
and 2 blocks from downtown, the fair is just 100 mt from the house and plenty of adventures in the surrounding areas!
The owner lives in the back on a casita, and 1 room of the property is an office that has an external door.
the home is protected by 3 dogs, very friendly, at night they guard the property.
The front yard has a rack where we store kayaks.
because we do adventure tours and also are very into the local community.
the kitchen is a fullsize, coffe maker, electric waterpot, Paninni toaster, food processor, stove, oven, and kitchen accesories.
