This property was perfect. I was looking for a place I could continue to use while I come visit from the east coast. My mom is in Lemon Grove in assistant living and this was the perfect distance and gave me a wonderful private home feel to come back to unwind after each day. So peaceful, clean and comfortable. They have all the amenities you need. This is a winner for me and will be my home away from home.

Parking, check-in, and access were easy. The guest house is a separate building from the host's residence, visually separated by a tall hedge, so there's plenty of visual privacy. The guest house was very spacious (especially for a single guest) and well-furnished and equipped with the supplies one would need and expect for a stay of several days. The host was easily reachable and responded timely in the VRBO app. The property is convenient to highways, but on a private drive and I wasn't bothered by road noise (I'm usually sensitive to such things). This property was a phenomenal value as a retreat and a private place to stay during the conference I was attending.One tip: Check with the host in advance if you do need extra peace and quiet during the day. Nights and weekdays were very quiet, on the Saturday that I stayed there was a fair amount of noise during the day from the groundskeeper and from an outdoor gathering with people playing - the hedges and blinds provide excellent visual isolation, but sound did travel quite well.

Very smooth check in process. It was nice and quiet. Has nice appliances, large refrigerator. Black out curtains in the bedroom. Smart TV I was able to sign in to YouTube TV and Netflix with my credentials and it was like we never left home. Plenty of parking. Host answered all questions almost immediately. Highly recommend!,

Yes parking was easy, everything was clean, all the necessities were there for both kitchen and bathroom, and there was enough coffee or tea to get me started. I would definitely stay there again.
