Other than the weather, wonderful .

The Shower curtain needs to be longer or re-positioned . Much water splashes out of the bottom . I would recommend a new door knob(entry) . This is my third stay at Casa de Taft . I like the quiet and central to everything . I will stay there again .

Typical trip with problems to overcome (Not owner's fault)

The location was the best feature. Free parking. Good selection of coffee each morning. Had to change our schedule, which was accommodated.

The bed issues were discussed with the owner who said she would follow up. Absentee owner made slight discomfort, but under the circumstances was understandable.

Very comfortable stay and great host.

I am a returning guest. I enjoyed my stay the 1st time and that's why I returned. This place is a hidden gem tucked away in San Diego. The studio is small and has everything u need. Coffee and water are complimentary and there is cable tv to watch. Host r very fast to respond to any concern u may have or anything else. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Perfect place for one restful night while traveling, or for a longer stay would make a great base from which to explore

Lovely gem, very quiet and comfortable. Hosts are clearly very thoughtful, everything is designed for the guest to have a great stay.

A little out of the way, but well worth the effort, even for one night passing through, as it’s easy to get a very restful sleep.

The property was very nice and in quite neighborhood. It was perfect for two people.

Perhaps uncovering the long mirror behind the tv. Wall mount the TV or get another long mirror and place in bathroom or other area.

Clean room, complimentary coffee & bottled water, clean bathroom & good bathing supplies, quiet, comfortable bed. Location was within 2 miles of my destination. I liked texting my questions & getting prompt responses.

Superb

Super clean and cozy! Really appreciated the keurig and there were plenty of shower and restroom needs right at hand. Pillows were also fantastic!! Not something we see often.

Only minor issue was confusion about the check in and check out process. Would have appreciated an email day of confirming we were expected and where to park/exact location of the room, and any instructions on how we can ensure an easy, efficient check out for the hosts.

The toilet doesn't work properly, the bed mattress needs replacing, you sink when you lay down, and the room smells.

Awesome little room to stay at.

Beautiful sights. Family was very nice and answered questions quickly. They had Keurig coffee and teas. Mini fridge for guests to use. Alot of closet space and dresser.

Bed was a little uncomfortable for plus size couple. I think I'm just used to a thicker memory foam at home. Was scared bed would break lol 😆

Works, but dissapointing

Location hard to find in dark but was easy access to the highways we used. Nice coffee set up…but coffee was old (no flavor) and no regular creamer, just sweet ones. Host is very quick to respond. TV and room fan were very nice.

Pool area is why I booked this property. Then the host goes and rents out the pool to private families so it was unavailable for us during our entire stay. I didn’t think that was right. Many Rolly pollies in the room everyday. We were always stepping on them and putting in the trash. No place to really sit and enjoy the tv or even a snack. Only place to sit was the bed. And the bed would not accommodate you leaning back on the headboard…headboard is very loose.

Very comfortable and restful

The bed, sheets, and towels were very soft. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The area is very nice with lots of trees and is a very quiet. We were able to park right in front of the guest house. We felt very safe. There was also coffee, oatmeal, popcorn, a microwave and a small refrigerator.

I can't think of anything not to like off the top of my head.
