Maison Roberta is a prestigious, completely renovated flat with a double bed, double sofa bed and armchair bed, ideal for four people. It offers a unique view of St Peter's Dome, and the Vatican is about a five minute walk away. Located in the St Peter's district, it is just 700 metres from the station and a few minutes from the city centre. Nearby you will find pharmacies, restaurants, bars, shops and shared mobility services.
The 67 m² flat is located on the 5th floor with lift and consists of:
A LIVING ROOM with kitchenette, dining table, double sofa bed and Smart TV. The BATHROOM is complete with shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. A welcome kit with towels and hairdryer is provided!
The double BEDROOM with wardrobe, direct access to the BALCONY from which you can admire the splendid view of St. Peter's Dome, particularly impressive when illuminated at night.
It has been completely renovated and designed down to the smallest detail to welcome guests from all over the world and offer a quality stay, which is why it also has air conditioning, heating, and fast, free Wi Fi.
ATTENTION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: CHILDREN can stay up to 2 and the cost of a COT (if available) is 15. LATE CHECK IN after 8:00 pm has the cost of 20 euro, after 11:00 pm has the cost of 30 euro. STAY TAX, NOT INCLUDED IN THE RESERVATION is to be paid in CASH at Check In. SMOKING is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Please RESPECT your NEIGHBORS and keep NOISE to a MINIMUM, especially during the night hours (10 PM 08 AM), upon arrival and departure. At Check Out any WASTE should be kindly disposed of outside in the Condominium Containers. If desired Bathroom Kit and EXTRA Housekeeping are at a cost NOT included in the reservation fee.
