LA Guest House

Квартира расположена в отдельном здании в центре Еревана. Есть все необходимое, чистота идеальная. Хороший ремонт, комфортное проживание, быстрый интернет. Есть Замечательная и приветливая хозяйка, всегда на связи, быстрая обратная связь. Останавливалась в этой квартире четвертый раз, на 1-2 ночи, будучи проездом. Могу рекомендовать и для более длительного проживания. Цена соответствует качеству.

I was met by the host who let me in a bit earlier that the regular check in time which was perfect. She was really friendly. The studio itself has really everyhting you need, it is in a quiet area behind the main street. The best thing is location - easy to reach everyhting, there's a supermarket nearby, lots of shops and very central.

Solo traveller, staying for four nights. The guesthouse is a small building within a wide and rather nice courtyard of 1980s late soviet era houses; super charming, always felt safe. They have three studio apartments there, two doubles and one single as I understand. Apart from the occasional slight vibration from the Metro that runs under it (until about midnight) it is absolutely quiet yet central. Yerevan Centre is a surprisingly small place, you can easily walk everywhere from there. An SAS supermarket as well as the Metro is about 5 minutes walk, a smaller, bit more expensive supermarket is next door. Everything you may ever need is provided, except for a stove and an oven. But then: a washing machine! Extra props for these jars of Nescafe and tea and the straightforward 3 am check-in. Female owner / my contact speaks good English. Not super cheap in Yerevan but if you are looking for comfort and peace of mind, you may well consider it. Would stay anytime again.

Lots of cups and everything but not a single large plate. (Guess though, this will have been changed by the time you get there..) The place has not much personality, bit like living in an IKEA showroom. But hey, who really would hate IKEA?

Place in the city centre, perfect for one person!
