Exceptionally clean and well nice rooms. Friendly staff, lovely pool and restaurant/ bar area.
Breakfast is worth the inclusion.
Update TV’s with smart Tv’s would be a great addition, The gym needs a pull-up bar/ bench press and a leg-press. Or Multi-station

They give me an upgrade because they were working at the pool. The rooms are excellent the service is goed very helpful. 2 minutes walk to the beach and when you want to go further take a Bolt taxi the prices are very good from the hotel to the center for just 150 THB.
Rooms are very clean and they have great beds.

Everyone is helpful and kind. The room was kept very clean, the restaurant was good, and the location was perfect.
The pool was closed for most of the duration of the holiday, and the lift took longer to repair for 5 days not working. Only able to use one lift.

good location, good facilities in the fitness centre
- restaurant staff was not friendly,
- not good choice of food and drink in the restaurant
- the food was not enough;
- staff was trying to close and turn off sauna before the end of the session;
- the pool was too cold;
- paper ticketing is not convenient in the fitness centre
