TPT License #21460745. Sonoran Desert Getaway! This beautiful and spacious 2400 sq ft one level home is in a beautiful gated community in East Valley Mesa. It has vaulted ceilings, with entries to the back yard from the Master and the Great Room that leads out to a spacious West facing backyard that has stunning desert landscape with a Heated Pool,(extra charge in winter) covered Patio, and BBQ. All bedroom furniture is new and all rooms have ceiling fans, including the backyard patio.
The Great Room has a 75’ Smart TV and is attached to the kitchen and dining spaces.
The Game Room has a pool table which converts into an air hockey and ping pong. The home is nicely furnished with large rooms and an open floor plan with wood floors and carpet throughout.
This neighborhood is in a very quiet, gated community serene setting and we want to respect our neighbors. If you are looking for a nice peaceful place to relax with friends or family and enjoy the pool, indoor games and surrounding activities, you will love it here! If you are looking for a place to party this is not the place for you.
The Kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with both single Keurig and drop pot coffee maker, along with french press and coffee grinder.
The Master Bedroom has a new King sized bed , 55' TV with Fire TV Stick along with direct backyard access. The Master Bath has double sinks, large walk-in tiled shower with a bench and large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2 has a new Queen size bed and furniture with closet.
Bedroom 3 has two new Twin sized beds with new XL twin mattresses, great for kids.
The second bathroom has two sinks and private area with toilet, tub/shower.
The 4th bedroom/Bonus room has an office desk/chair and a full size futon.
A completely stocked laundry room will help you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Detergent is supplied. Front loading washer and dryer in Laundry Room with sink.
The Backyard is a spacious outdoor oasis with desert landscape. Expansive covered patio for both relaxing and dining and a patio fan, a private waterfall pool with plenty of bench seating. Plenty of patio furniture including 2 lounge chairs with an umbrella and cafe patio seating. Loveseat and dining table under covered patio. A beautiful hand-painted mural by a local AZ artist brings the desert into the back yard.
Pool can be heated for an additional $25 a day in winter months (Oct-Apr). Pool inflatables on site. Propane BBQ grill in backyard.
Two security cameras are located at the entry way and backyard facing the pool for safety/security.
The garage has space for 2 vehicles and 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway. No street parking.
Boulder Mountain Highlands is a sought after gated community in East Valley. Only 24 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Usery Recreation Park is up the road, Salt River Tubing, Tonto National Forest and Superstition Mountains are nearby. Minutes to shopping, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding trails, water recreation, baseball spring training, museums and fine dining. Close to 202, 10 & 60 freeways.
The minimum age to rent is 25 years.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list. Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 7 for this home. Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted. We require a signed agreement and copy of ID for booking guest.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events are permitted. NON-SMOKERS ONLY. NO smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the premises. We reserve the right to require a refundable security deposit which is secured at the time of your booking. No pets are allowed inside or outside the home. The home must remain pet free. Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
TV's are for streaming and not satellite or cable serviced.
We are willing to consider on a case by case basis, stays longer than 28 days at a time.

Jen was very responsive and accommodating! More so than expected or required. The house was perfect and we had an amazing trip to Mesa. Hoping to make this an annual trip!
