We're excited to host you in our beautifully remodeled home that blends bohemian and rustic styles. You'll love the 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 baths, and private backyard with patio, grill, and fire pit. Plus, our convenient location just off the I-8 and a short drive from central Yuma means you'll be close to everything, including the world-famous 4th-Ave Gym and shopping and dining options.
We can't wait to help you relax and rejuvenate in this peaceful oasis.
Welcome to our beautifully decorated open floor plan home, where you'll love spending time lounging on the leather couches under the wooden beams, watching your favorite shows on the 75" large screen TV with all the channels. If you're feeling creative, the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals, or you can head outside to the enclosed yard to grill some steaks or enjoy s'mores around the fire pit. Relax with a cup of coffee from the well-supplied Nespresso machine while sitting on the grass under the patio.
When it's time to rest, you'll love the comfort of our matching king and queen mattresses with soft cotton sheets, as well as the luxurious heated mirrors, automated soap dispensers, and oversized towels in the bathroom. This home is truly a peaceful oasis where you can escape and relax with your family.
When you're ready to venture out, you'll find a huge Walmart just a 2-minute drive away, as well as plenty of restaurants to choose from. And with our extremely fast WIFI boasting 300MB download speeds, you'll have no problem streaming or gaming during your stay. We can't wait to host you and your family!
You’ll have access to the entire home to enjoy all to yourself. We do ask guests to park in the driveway as the garage is used for property storage.

The neighborhood is called "Trail Estates"
You can get around by car, bike, or walk on the paths. There is a nice walking park around the corner from the home to walk your dog at. You can park in the driveway or at the curb on the street.
Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is 11:00AM
Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, marijuana, or illegal drug use on any part of the property or premise.
Parking is available in the drive way - please do not park in the rocks.
Property is accessed via smart lock code. Instructions are mounted to the door.
No Parties or events are aloud here.
Visitors are aloud with authorization but must not stay over night.
Noise to be kept down after 10pm. Family friendly neighborhood.
Home is equipped with noise level only monitor.
Garbage to be taken out Sunday Nights, and recycling taken Wednesday nights.

the house looked like the pictures but the furniture was not comfortable to sit in. There were a few problems but they were taken care of. We addressed the problem with Stirling. Sorry I can't give a good review.
