The pool area has a Gas BBQ, outdoor fireplace, Bluetooth speakers and an outdoor shower. The Colorado River is 20 minutes away and Mesa Del Sol Golf Course is next door. Corporate and Snow-bird rentals are welcome. Minimum 3 night stay and discounted rates for weekly, monthly and longer stays. Jacuzzi heating included in price, heating of pool is an additional price. The House has a 3 outdoor cameras@ the Doorbell , the Driveway and the Pool equipment.

Very comfortable and lovely home. Perfect location as it was extremely close to our family members’ residences. We did not experience anything negative in regards to the water facility behind the property. If anything, it afforded us more privacy. The house is fully appointed, and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We look forward to booking with Paul the next time we stay in the Yuma/Fortuna Foothills area.

It was a wonderful property to spend a long weekend with friends. The outdoor patio was perfect. It had sunshine , shade, a refreshing pool and a fireplace for evenings.

When we arrived, we were pleased to see the overall condition of the property looked nice. Upon inspection of the pool area we had a different time with the directions left by homeowner to get the lights for pool and spa to work and the heater to run. The property owner was very slow to respond. It took a couple days to get it running.the daylight is what brought to light the unfortunate reality of this property. It is located right next to a sewage treatment facility. The smell combined with the Arizona heat made spending time by the pool impossible. The shower in the second bathroom did not produce hot water, so my daughter had to use the one for the master bedroom. For the price we definitely could have done much better
