This two-bedroom top floor condo features gorgeous floor to ceiling windows in the Master Suite, breathtaking views of the main channel from the balcony at mile marker 24 and is just a 3-minute drive to Margaritaville! The Bay Point complex features two pools, a playground, walking trails, and picnic area with charcoal BBQ grills for you use and enjoyment. Plus, a 10 x 24 boat slip available for rent at the community dock!
Kitchen and Dining Area
The open concept kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare your meals and has a large breakfast bar with four barstools, and all-new stainless steel appliances. There is also a dining room table with seating for four.
Living Room
The living room has a flat screen TV, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, a love seat, and sliding glass door out to the balcony.
Master Suite
The Master Suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, walk in closet, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the upper pool and the main channel. The master bathroom has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a flat screen TV, dresser, closet, and a full over twin bunk bed.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom has a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo.
Outside
The balcony overlooking the lake can be accessed both from the living room sliding glass door, and from the Master Suite. On the balcony you will find a glass top patio table with seating for 6 and a gas BBQ grill for your use.
Dock
Down at the community dock there is a 10x24 boat slip available for rent for an additional fee.
Neighborhood Description
The Bay Point Village Condominium complex is located just off KK in the heart of Osage Beach. This complex is just a 3 minute drive to Margaritaville, 4 minutes to LandShark that features a swim up bar, 5 minutes to Ozark Distillery and Jeffreys Prime Rib & Lobster, and 9 minutes to Redheads, 11 minutes to Big Surf Waterpark, and 20 minutes to the Bagnell Dam Strip. There are also several boat rental locations nearby. This complex is centrally located to all the fun and excitement the Lake of the Ozarks has to offer!
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.

My husband and I stayed here for a short three day getaway during the week. The view from the condo and the pool was amazing. This property is one of the upper bldgs so it is a bit of a downhill walk to get to the main pool and then quite the uphill walk to get back. There is another pool right outside this bldg we just didn’t use it as you don’t have the view you have from the main pool to watch the boat traffic. Make sure you bring your own cooler and beach towels none are provided in the condo but they probably didn’t list them as provided and I just missed it. And we couldn’t get the TV to work in the main bedroom but were able to get the other two to work so wasn’t a huge deal to us. Overall nice property, very clean, everyone we encountered at the pool was nice and respectful enjoying their time. Although we were there during the week and not a weekend.

This was a great condo to spend our anniversary at. It was in a fairly central location, easy to get places, a quiet neighborhood, and a spectacular view. The hosts were responsive to our questions and provided great recommendations for dinner, hikes, and other activities. It’s October, so the pool was not In operation; if we wanted one, we could’ve gone to one of the many area restaurants bars with pools. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The view from the deck was relaxing, watching boats of all sizes was all the entertainment I needed! Great reading spot too. I appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of the unit. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils and dishes. The management was quick to address a couple of needs we had. A cozy place to stay.
