A charming, bright, and tastefully furnished vacation rental with a separate entrance. The apartment was renovated in the spring of 2022 and is located on the first floor of the building. It features a quiet terrace with patio furniture and a grill. A private shed is available for your bicycles. A beach chair on the beach at Neuharlingersiel is reserved exclusively for you and your family during the 2026 season.

3-room apartment for up to 5 people plus a toddler, with two bedrooms, shower/toilet, and a washing machine (for a fee).

The kitchenette is comfortably equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils. The kitchen table is extendable and comes with six matching chairs.

In the cozy living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a small guest library, various board games, and a DAB+ radio with Bluetooth. Pleated blinds are installed on the windows to provide shade and privacy. Free Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) featuring high-quality, adjustable slatted frames and nearly new mattresses.
The children’s room has a loft bed that can be pulled out to create a third sleeping space. This makes it ideal for families with three children. A baby crib can also be added.
The bedroom windows can be darkened with blinds and are equipped with fly screens.

A baby crib and high chair are provided free of charge. Please inform the rental service when booking if you need these items.
Pets are not allowed.

Bed linens and towels are not included but can be booked as an add-on for a fee.



The comfortable and brightly furnished 3- to 4-room vacation apartments on the ground and upper floors of the Friesenresidenz building offer the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation in Werdum, whether for small or large families. Each terrace or balcony is equipped with patio furniture for relaxing and sunbathing. There is one parking space per apartment in front of the building.

Spa facilities, bakeries, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. You’ll also find the “Ankerplatz” with a mini-golf course and bike rentals, as well as the domestic animal park featuring rare and endangered domestic animals, all just a few minutes’ walk away. We also recommend visiting the Kneipp facility.
