About this house rental
The vacation home is in an excellent location in the health resort town of Werdum, tucked away in a quiet little cul-de-sac yet centrally located, with easy access to all the amenities you need on vacation.
The detached vacation home is approximately 120 square meters in size and features 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, as well as a large living room, an open kitchen with an adjoining dining area, and a bathroom on both the first floor and the upper floor—one of which has a corner bathtub. Both the living room and the dining area open onto the patio and the garden, which has plenty of lawn space where children can play.
The double beds measure 180 x 200 cm, and the single beds measure 100 x 200 cm.
The comforters and pillows are filled with synthetic fiber/polyester.
There is also a storage room available, ensuring plenty of space.
There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the house. (Carport and garage)
The patio doors are equipped with electric roller shutters. All bedroom windows have insect screens and, since the end of October 2025, exterior roller shutters as well.
The house has been furnished with great care in a modern and tasteful style.
We offer free Wi-Fi and landline phone service, as well as a modern LED TV.
In mid-2025, the house was equipped with a solar power system. Any excess electricity that isn’t used can be used to charge your electric vehicle for free. You can obtain the charging card required for this from our office by prior arrangement.
