About this villa rental
Only it's 2nd year on the market and we have taken care of all issues raised. This house is ready to host you and deliver a fantastic holiday.
Gorgeous completely refurbished 5 bed room villa that sleeps 12 people in Torrenueva. This sought after urbanisation is in easy walking distance to all amenities. The beautiful town La Cala de Mijas is easy to walk to using the dreamy boardwalk path alongside the med.
On the ground floor of the house you'll find a spacious open plan modern living and complete kitchen. Off the living there is also a double bedroom with doors opening onto the terrace / pool area.
On the first floor there are 3 bed rooms en suite (2 doubles / 1 twin). All three of these bedrooms have direct access to the beautiful sundeck / terrace with amazing views over the med.
Under the house there is an airy, spacious annex with a bath room and kitchenette. The annex is accessible from within the house as well as from the outside. The annex has 2 single beds and a pull-out sofa.
The front terrace / pool area is spacious and modern with a wooden decking to lounge on. The views again from this area are dreamy.
There is also a back garden with seating where you will find peach trees, lemon trees and a fig tree. In the back of the garden is another elevated terrace where in the evening it is cool and you can enjoy drinks.
The pool can be heated from October till June - please ask us about the prices.

Overall this mostly lived up to expectation. There was an issue with bedding when checking in so we arrived to beds being made. We found cannabis in one of the bedrooms. Downstairs toilet and middle bedroom upstairs had bad smells throughout the stay. Swimmining pool wasnt cleaned often enough, after 3 days there was a green border around the pool from the dirty water. Two sunbeds were covered in dirt and had no padding. One shower leaked through the kitchen ceiling. However that said, this did not spoil the holiday.

We were in town for a wedding and had 5 couples staying at this property only 20 mins walk to town and everything was perfect we will be back !
