Peacefully situated in a quiet residential area on Lake Comabbio, this spacious house comfortably sleeps eight guests and is surrounded by nature - the ideal destination for a tranquil holiday with groups of family or friends.

The property is a short (10-minute) walk from the local beach and enjoys its own private garden and a large swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and sun loungers. There is also a small terrace just outside the kitchen furnished with a dining table and chairs. The perfect place for alfresco meals. For cyclists, there is a bike path just outside the gate.

Inside the property is arranged over three floors. The spacious ground floor enjoys an open-plan living space furnished with a fireplace, two sofas, a large flat-screen HDTV and a dining table for eight. There is also a study for working remotely and a separate kitchen looking out to the terrace and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a fridge freezer and a small breakfast bar.

Surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills Corgeno is located in the region of Lombardy in the North of Italy a 30-minute drive from the city of Varese and a one-hour drive from Milan.

Sun lovers will enjoy the local beach on Lake Comabbio (a 10-minute walk), the beach on nearby Lake Monate (a 13-minute drive), Lake Maggiore’s beautiful partial-sand partial-garden Guree beach (a 25-minute drive) and the pretty family-friendly beach of Reno (a 30-minute drive).

The wider area is known for its natural beauty and there are several popular hiking parks nearby. The waterfront nature park Golfo della Quassa Park is a 22-minute drive away and features a beach and both walking and cycling routes.

Other popular excursions include visits to the picturesque town of Ispra (a 19-minute drive), the small lake-side village of Ranco located on the Eastern Shores of Lake Maggiore (a 20-minute drive) and the village of Angera (a 21-minute drive) known for its medieval fortress, Rocca Borromeo di Angera.
