Loved the property and the hosts. The village is a little past kobarid. Some steep mountain road driving that def gave me sweaty palms. The only restaurant in the village isn’t good (food and service) and is pricey. Suggesting taking groceries from kobarid to the village. Very peaceful village and nice hikes close by.

Fabulous

The bed was very very comfortable. There were 2 kitchen and 2 bathrooms, both new and clean. The surroundings are fantastic for hiking!

There were some insects in the bathroom at night, but it’s not strange, the place is surrounded by nature

The little hut we stayed in is situated in the green mountains near Kobarid. It is suuuuuper calm, the nature is beautiful, there is a small waterfall nearby. We absolutely loved it! Lidija and Vinko are so friendly and kind, we got a fresh lemonade and drinks upon arrival and even some cake to enjoy. They are super friendly! I would always come back - everything was perfect!

A special place run by lovely people. The cabins are so clean and comfortable. The hosts are incredible, warm and welcoming people that accommodated us in so many ways. Would have liked to have spent more time there.

Exceptional Alpine scenery

Excellent starting point for several hiking trails, some of them quite demanding. Great hosts, Lidija and Vinko. Although not much English is spoken, most guests' wishes are fulfilled.

Some other guests stole our butter from the common fridge.

What an amazing place.....and when you believe it cannot be better comes Lidjia and Vinko with their welcome. Cake, lemonade and liquor shots. They are so welcoming that you end up making two new friends. Evrrything there is special, the cabin, the views, the breakfast, the vegetable garden. You have waterfalls at 10 min walk, and one of the finest churches around. Very quiet and peaceful. I would go there anytime when in Slovenia. Thank you Lidjia and Vinko. Silvia and Joaquim.

Lovely little cabins in a beautiful place and exceptional hospitality.

The little cabins were very beautifully situated at the hillside with a view of the mountains. The hosts were very kind and did everything to make us comfortable. The site had everything you could want there to be: a good shower and bathroom, a kitchen with utensils and some sitting areas. The breakfast was good value and had much variation.

The cabin lacked a little curtain at the window so when the sun rises it gets light inside the cabin.

The huts don't have power points unlike others we have stayed in. Plenty of power points in shared kitchens!!

A hidden pearl!

We stayed for one night and frankly didn't expect much. But we were blown away. It's was super cozy, the area and location was perfect and just enjoyable all around. The hosting family is so friendly and welcoming you feel at home instantly. We even had a home cooked meal and there's an option for breakfast as well. There were even two kitchen with refrigerators and two bathrooms both with shower, toilet and enough space to get changed. The view was just amazing. It was a hidden pearl for us!

There was nothing to complain about. We didn't expect it to be this good and wish we would have stayed a day or two longer.

The place is very original and well built. The service quality is very high and the couple owning the house is very welcoming and generous ! The room is comfortable and the location is perfect to visit the Kobarid's region. I strongly recommend this place !

Lidija was super nice and had a homemade drink and cake for us. The bathroom is quite new and very clean. There is also a kitchen you can use. Wifi is available near the house. The garden is super nice, quite and the environment is amazing. I can highly recommend to have a stay there.

Great Stay, we loved it!

We liked the host Lidija, she was very kind and did everything to make us feel comfortable She gave us some slices of cake and a homemade drink which tasted delicious. The environment was beautiful and private, we sat in loungers in the big garden when the sun went down. There is a kitchen, new bathroom and eating area, everything is clean. Lidija even offered us vegetables from the garden.

No wifi or electricity in the hut, but that made our stay even better. There is beautiful nature around the small hut.

Accueil incroyablement chaleureux de la part de nos 2 hôtes, d'une très grande gentillesse (boisson d'accueil, petites crêpes offertes le matin, conseils sur le secteur...). Les espaces communs sont très propres, de taille suffisante pour le nombres de personnes et bien équipés. Les petits chalets sont propres, très agréables. On se sent vraiment comme chez nous et on aurait aimé rester plus longtemps ! merci pour tout :-)

Te cobran las tasas en el momento de irte y a nosotros fue de una manera muy seca y cortante. Por otro lado la cabaña es muy muy pequeña. Cuidado si vas con maletas grandes

Schlafen im Gartenhaus, duschen im Wasserfall!

Überaus eindrucksvolle Wirtin, die nur slowenisch spricht, aber permanent mit Händen, Füßen und Mimik zu dolmetschen versteht. Sie führt einen auch gleich in alle Besonderheiten der Umgebung ein, z. B. der Duschmöglichkeit in einer Bergbachgumpe mit Wasserfall. Man schläft hier in einem zeltförmigen Gartenhaus aus Holz mit einem Doppelbett ohne Stromversorgung. Nächtens wird man von der Nachbarskatze im Bett aufgesucht, wenn man das Fenster auf Lüftung gestellt hat (was nicht nötig ist, da die Hütte noch aus einem weiteren mit Netz gesicherten Kanal belüftet wird). Die Unterkunft hat eine für Gäste zugängliche Waschmaschine im Haupthaus, was uns Weitwanderern sehr geholfen hat. Das Frühstück bekommt hier mit allen anderen Gästen des Bergdorfes in einer zentralen Lokalität serviert.

An dieser Unterkunft möchte ich keine Änderung, damit andere auch deren Einzigartigkeit erleben können.

Quel accueil pour une nuit insolite dans les petites cabanes! Nos filles ont adoré. Les communs sont très propres, il y a tout à disposition. Le village est beau et la cascade toute proche nous a bien rafraîchit!

Es ist ein Paradies, wir kommen jeder Zeit wieder.

Alles. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, man hat alles da was man braucht. Der Garten ist eine kleine Ruheoase. Wir haben so gut geschlafen und konnten uns sehr gut im Garten entspannen, haben gelesen und den Sonnenuntergang geschaut. Die Landschaft und das Dorf sind wunderschön. Die Hosts Lydia und Vinko sind unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich sehr sehr willkommen und kann seinen Urlaub jede Zeit genießen. Die Unterkunft liegt am Ausgangspunkt vieler Wanderungen und der Wasserfall in der Nähe ist ein Highlight.
