Solo no nos agradó la cantidad de correos recibida, con instrucciones contradictorias y una mezcla de idiomas.

Self check in with clear instructions to find the home and get in, key box code all good. Great location in a quiet and safe residential area with easy on street parking. Two minute walk to a very nice beach, cafes and bars close by. Clean and comfortable apartment with Aircon in living room. Well equipped kitchen (new air fryer was great). Nice to have beach chairs, etc and towels available. Would suit family with small kids.

No outside space to sit or to dry much washing. Double bed was good but too small for us. Some of the plates, dishes and cups were cracked or chipped and need replacing. There's no view from the windows and the rooms are in shade all day, nice for being cooler but apartment is dark. A car is needed in this location.

Good communication, at the appropriate time via WhatsApp with regard to where the keys were located and the code to unlock them. The Apartment was well stocked with linen, appliances, furniture and kitchen equipment. the apartment was in good order and clean. There weren't any tea clothes or oven gloves but this was resolved shortly after I messaged saying I couldn't find them, on the same day brilliant

The extractor in the bathroom wasn't working, no big issue really. Our problem was that there was nowhere to sit outside, no balcony or yard of any description. This meant going out to find some sunshine. The apartment never got any sun at all, so the apartment itself was very cold and we had to resort to heating whenever at home. I would recommend this company for everything except the location, close to the sea, yes but in a side street in the shadow of other buildings all the time. this also made it difficult drying any washing unfortunately.
