Lovely comfortable property and a great location

The apartment is big with lots of outside space too. It's located on the ground level, right next to the swimming pool which we really enjoyed. During the week the complex is very very quiet and you more or less have the whole place and pool to yourself. On a weekend it did get busier but not overwhelming at all. Resort Hosts were always available via whatsapp when I needed them and happy to help with any issue.

Maybe I'm old fashioned but I really do like a meet and greet where somebody hands me the keys and is there for an initial inspection so that we can agree on existing issues/damage. Access to the apartment was remote, via an app that I had to download to my phone (Nuki) This app would not work for me - I don't know whether that was my fault though tbh has I'm not good with latest technology. On arrival I had to ring Resort Hosts to get access to the apartment. They answered straight away and let me in remotely. Once inside there was a set of keys so we could get in/out of the apartment and complex in the conventional way.

Lovely apartment, great pool and outside dining area. Would definitely recommend. We decided to stay an extra night, this was easy to do and we will be recommending to our friends who are coming out in May 2025. 😊👍

De ligging. Vlakbij Boulevard (150 m) en plaatsjes als Santiago de la Ribera (1 km), San Javier (3 km) en San Pedro (3 km). We konden onze e-bikes netjes eb veilig plaatsen in de hal van het appartement. (PS. Het was wel een rustige periode met weinig andere bewoning)

De Schoonmaak had beter gemogen. Zelf nog een en ander moeten reinigen voor het gebruik. De Slaapbank in de woonkamer voldeed niet echt als zitbank. (Rugleuning is uitgezakt.)
