It was Christmas, and the villa was decorated - cute! Rooms were clean and well-kept. The pool, although cold (December!), was very comfortable and relaxing with the Jaccuzzi jets - we used it almost every day. The beds were comfortable, and the a/c units doubled as heaters. Location (just south of Old Town) was excellent, and on-street parking was sometimes tight, but never impossible (Fiat Panda).
The TV area wasn't the most comfortable - lack of comfy chairs, and the side benches were quite narrow and high. There was no microwave in the kitchen. The steps to the upstairs bedroom were quite steep, and a bit slippery.

We could walk into the old Town easily
Maybe a couple of comfy chairs for the courtyard
