Location was good - very close to supermarket and beach clubs. The outside space and pool were wonderful. Having AC in the main area was really nice (and I think uncommon) The Concierge and cleaning staff were excellent and very appreciated!!! Plenty of kitchen equipment - and having a washer dryer was nice. It is in a residential area - which felt very safe.
The bedrooms were a little dark and a personal preference for all the beds were a little hard. 2 of the bedrooms the AC did not really work very well. OTHER: No fault of property - but EVERY DAY but sunday - there was construction crews from 7 am until 4 pm - that were pretty loud. Also, On the property work was also being done. I feel there should have been warnings on the listing and/or a special discount. And unfortunately this property does not really much of a sea view anymore - (again Owners can't help that) but the Listing should be updated.

Heel fijn huis op goede locatie! Alles was mooi afgewerkt en schoon. Zeker de buitenruimte is heerlijk met verschillende comfortabele zitjes in de veranda en ligbedden om het zwembad om te zonnen. Een aanrader!

location was amazing , villa is new and swimming pool was nice and clean
Villa living room doesn’t have air conditioning and due to
very hot weather and humidity sitting in living room was
impossible even with a fan. also mosquitoes would not
go away due to heat inside the living room and because we
had to leave all doors and windows open during the day to
let air inside
