Grotto Getaway

Heel complete caravan op een ruime plek. Met ons gezin hebben we genoten van het kamperen zonder alles zelf mee te hoeven nemen. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om Bruce Peninsula te ontdekken!

I am reviewing the blue caravan as photos could be confusing. It's a nice little 1 bed caravan. Clean. Intuitively designed. Local site staff we spoke to while we were there were great people, welcoming and helpful. The site was quite private, well kept and well designed. Their hot tub, sauna and cold bath was clean and interesting. Lots of compatible outlets for charging Tesla, providing stable power through the night and not far from our site. The closeby public washroom including showers was great. Spacious, clean and functional unlike gov. campgrounds. Great and healthy experience.

Before we arrived, the woman on the phone was extremely aggressive who talked down/ condescending and very unhelpful. We were worried about our upcoming stay. We prepared ourselves mentally for the worst experience at a very high price. Fortunately we did have to encounter this person on site. The ensuite bathroom was very small and often smelled sewer every time flushed. But the exhaust worked fast. The caravan was quite old but structurally held up. We always camped in our tent, so this was an upgraded experience we really liked.

L'endroit est magnifique, le personnel est très gentil et accommodant, nous avons beaucoup aimé le spa nordique, le calme, le barbecue sur place et les possibilités de randonnée dans la région!

La caravane était un peu datée, la toilette de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas bien.

Les sanitaires sont bien entretenus

Difficile à dire… les photos sont trompeuses. Il restait un chou-fleur pourri dans le frigo qui a embaumé toute la caravane La personne à la réception devait nous apporter de la glace car le frigo ne fonctionnait pas bien…mais elle n’est jamais revenue La banquette était cassée …caravane trop vétuste Beaucoup trop cher pour ce genre de prestation, vraiment exagéré
