17 Acres - Pickleball - Trampoline/Fireman's Pole/Hot Tub!

When most people say one-of-a-kind, they're exaggerating, but this rental truly is! Before you even step inside, this dog-friendly (pet fee applies*), luxury home will amaze you with its outdoor amenities, including the basketball/pickleball court, trampoline, six-person hot tub, and large fire pit, not to mention the fireman's pole inside.

The main floor of the home features a library room, a large master suite with a separate dressing room, a spacious dining room and kitchen, and of course the fireman's pole leading to the lower level (or you can take the stairs if you're boring).

Downstairs you will find a bunkroom and four other bedrooms with queen beds. There's also a theater room with a projector and Street Fighter 2 arcade game. All bedrooms have either a smart TV or a TV with an Amazon FireStick.

The home sits on 17 acres and has excellent privacy, however, we are not an event venue.

Property Notes:
- The road is a bit bumpy, but you do not need four wheel drive or a high clearance car.
- We have a Ring doorbell at the front door.
- The fireman's pole access is locked, and the combination to the lockbox for the key will be provided to the guest that books after reservation. If you choose to unlock the fireman's pole you assume all risk.
- The trampoline is only to be used under adult supervision, and guests assume all risk.

Important things to know:
• Dogs are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added dogs to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional dogs after booking. Please inquire before booking if you have more than 4 dogs.
• There is a $37 damage protection waiver included in the base rate for this property. It covers guests for up to $750 in accidental damages, if guest reports damage that happens during their stay. Intentional damage, unreported damage, or anything exceeding $750 will be charged to the guest's payment method.
• Our cabin has a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide both types of coffee.
• We do not provide firewood but it can be purchased at any local gas station or grocery store.
• We have a propane grill, and we provide propane.
• Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $30 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $30 per hour.
• The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay.
• This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.

Additionally, although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance through Generali Global Assistance if you're worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason.
