About this house rental
Conveniently located near campus in a quiet residential neighborhood nearthe St. Joseph River. Plenty of room to spread out. Two full baths. Pool table. Fireplace, Gorgeous backyard with firepit and picnic table.
You will have access to:

Be advised that I have cats, but they will NOT be home. The entire property is regularly, thoroughly cleaned; carpets are vacuumed and shampooed. My home is very well kept and my cats are happy, clean and trained. Just letting you know for allergy concerns. Air Ducts cleaned August, 2023.
